Fancy Vegetarian Event at Veggie U!

Toasting to a Fresh Future Veggie culture is alive and well in Cleveland, Ohio. So much so, that we have our own vegetable university to help educate the fourth graders and special needs kids on everything there is to know about vegetables and veggie culture. Vegetarians, don't get to geeked, because this is not a vegetarian curriculum. Don't turn your noses up too much, because educating children about the wonders of nature, gardens and vegetables can provide a gateway to vegetarianism and/or more plant based diets.
