Daylilies from my organic garden. A beauty to behold and a pleasure to the palate. I added daylily flower petals to my pizza last night with fresh basil from the garden. My son enjoyed it. The taste? Very mild, with a delicate, slightly fragrant sweetness. The buds of the flower can be stir fried and supposedly tastes like asparagus and green beans. I will let you know soon.
