Start with a 15oz can of BPA free beans of your choice and a cup of cooked rice |
Add cup each chopped tomatoes and onions, 1/2cup corn meal, 1/2 flour, tsp cumin, TB garlic, 1 jalapeno chopped |
Smush together with your hands or a potato masher |
